All families can make wonderful memories at the beach at this 4 bedroom plus loft, 3.5 bath townhome! Located just off Route 1 across from Rehoboth Avenue this house is just minutes from the Rehoboth boardwalk (2 miles), Dewey, Lewes, or Bethany.

Our spacious townhome was recently updated with new paint, furniture, and kitchen supplies. We have Wi-Fi, cable, and three televisions (two of them are good sized flat screen HDTV's). Our home also has a washer and dryer off of the kitchen as well as a gas grill on the patio off of the screened in porch. There are two parking spots in front of the house, a one-car garage, and other parking available in the neighborhood. The community has a swimming pool and sport court.
