My husband Peter and I are from Germany and live here in Treasure Island since 1991. We speak English, German and French. We bought our condo in 2006 and are in the rental business already for many years. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly from key exchange to cleaning and to repairs, if necessary. Our condo is fully furnished and has all the amenities you are looking for. I do the cleaning myself and I even iron the linen for you. We offer as a welcome gift a bottle of wine of your choice, either white wine from Germany or red wine from France.
We live also privately year round in Treasure Island, only five minutes away by car, on Isle of Capri already since 2000.
