My dad and two of his friends started a partnership (named it SKICO) to own & rent condos in Colorado several years ago because of their love of skiing. Our families were really excited when we purchased this latest condo in Wildernest as it has lots of room and the kids love the loft & the clubhouse is just a few steps across the parking lot. We have tried to keep prices low and we have many guests that have been coming back for many years.
