I have lived in Historic Fort Greene for 14 years and I love he area for the 15 minutes proximately to downtown Manhattan. The neighborhood has been very safe for may family. We really enjoy that we can walk to the Brooklyn Academy of Music, the Brooklyn Bridge, and shopping Downtown Brooklyn.
