My wife and I, along with our sisters, bought this house in July, 2009. Across 4 families, we have 7 children ranging from 11 years to 2 years -- and they are all boys! We are avid sports fans, and represent Bears (Belmont U.), Demon Deacons (Wake Forest), and two breeds of Bulldogs (Georgia and Mississippi State). (Please don't hold any of these affiliations against us!) We live in Athens, GA with the others currently residing in Atlanta and Huntsville AL.

Since July 2009, nearly every family vacation has been spent here making improvements. We have enjoyed Thanksgiving and Christmas with extended family at this house, so we know that it accommodates large groups well. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do.

Because we have young children, we have tried to make it as kid-friendly as possible, and to provide several things not found in most rentals: a portable crib, full-sized high chair, safety gate, cabinet locks, pool floats and wagons.
