Reservation is on first come first serve basis, this email does not guarantee booking until the down payment is received, please reply to this email as soon as your travel plan is firmed, we will then send you down payment instruction.

We collect 15~25% of the total amount in advance as a down payment. Percentage depends on the length of stay.

Any cancellation received within 3 months prior to arrival, OR failure to check in on the day - NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

We meet you at the front door of the apartment building to guide you in, explain everything to you and hand you the keys.
On the day of check out, we will also be there to get the keys back and return you the security deposit.

We collect NT3000 refundable security deposit at check in, it may be paid in any currency. Security deposit will be returned to you at check out if no damage.

Normally the check in time is 3:00pm or after. Check out is by 12:00pm.

However, early check in and late check out is very flexitble.

If we are not full on the day, you may check in AS EARLY AS YOU LIKE.
Same as, if we are not full on the day, you may check out AS LATE AS YOU LIKE.

If we are fully booked on the day, you may always leave your luggage with us and come back to check in/out later.
