The owners are a photographer/writer team who purchased the raw land to build Casa Chepito in the late '80s. They have worked for many national magazines including the New York Times, LA Times Travel & Leisure and Smithsonian, as well as the "MTV Guide To Mexico." After traveling all over Mexico they are very happy to get back to San Miguel.
