We are Brian and Cadie McGonagill, founders of FloridaSunVacationRentals.com home of the Best Price Guarantee and, together, with our wonderful daughters Alexandra and Ashley make up Florida Sun Vacation Rentals. We are a close knit family who love this area and simply enjoy the vacation rental business. Our mission statement is to “provide a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience in our exquisite vacation rental properties while promoting the sights and businesses of the greater Tampa Bay, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, Dunedin, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs area.” We pride ourselves in setting the stage for families and individuals to have a memorable, safe vacation experience.
