I'm 51 years old living in Rome. My husband and I live in the house next door to the rented house and work within walking distance. We are both very proud f our property and are extremely responsive to all of our renters' needs. Since we live next door, we deal with everything directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. Our property is fully furnished and has all the amenities of home!
