The Point Loma Charmer is a great property. After living in it for three years, we started renting the Charmer out to our guests in 2005. Since then we have had over 120 families stay at the Charmer with over 35 positive reviews.

Having traveled and rented vacation homes around the world, we know what makes for a great stay: a house that is clean, well-maintained, and centrally-located to all of the tourist attactions.

The most satisfying aspect is reading the kind comments from our guests in our Guestbook and seeing where the Charmer has made a difference in making their vacation, reunion, or wedding reception a success.
