Carolyn Forte and Mark Robertson

The Straw House is a well-loved country home that we built ourselves to accommodate our huge family and most of their friends! The house retains that special warm homely atmosphere that many of our guests comment on. We live on the farm in a smaller straw bale cottage that we built when the kids left home. Mark teaches at the local high school and runs the farm business, and Carolyn runs the holiday rental business.
We love all the great feedback and having happy holiday-makers in our old home! We're very proud of our guestbook comments, and that so many of our guests return again and again.
