My wife & I are retired and have a country home & this studio apt. We occasionally rent the apt in the City when we are upstate. The 5-day minimum stay is because we are 4 hours drive away (each way), and to make the round trip for less time is just not worth it for us... too much wear & tear on the car and on us!
