I am a New York transplant (dis-occupying Wall Street) now working for the Recovery School District in New Orleans. I think of myself as a "retireunteer" and teach high school math in New Orleans East. So far, I have had chemists, doctors, lawyers, basketball coaches and Miss USA become involved with my school.

Since I leave for school at 5:30 am and return at 6:00 pm, my service is both low key and low touch. The Boheme is comfortable, clean and quiet, and you could not ask for a better location. You are steps away from Frenchman Street, 2 blocks from the French Quarter and French Market. If you are interested in down river activities, the Marigny and Bywater have many hidden treasures. Uptown followers are just a short trolley ride away. Please note that my staff is made up of high school seniors at Sarah Reed High School who are either repaying debt for ACT or college application fees. They appreciate the opportunity to serve you while learning about the hospitality industry.
