We, Gerhard and Annette, are a Dutch couple and love our guests to enjoy one of the very peacefully situated, and tastefully decorated houses we have.

We live in the northern part of the Netherlands, where time stood still.
For twenty years we bought the former "poorhouse" of our small village and started renovating it. We carefully protected all the old elements and brought the house back to its original style, of more than 200 years ago.
The renovation is now complete and we're happy to let you enjoy the peace and quiet of the magnificent Groninger countryside in an authentic and luxurious small cottage, the Lutje Hoeske.

We've traveled a lot around Turkey during the last 20 years.
First by car, later as backpackers, and the last 10 years we are sailing with our sailingyacht " Daydream" along the beautiful Turkish coasts.
Over and over we were mesmerized by the exceptional charms of the litttle town of Kas and we are very happy that we have found the house of our dreams here: Villa Mimosa.

We enjoy renting out our villa when we are not there ourselves and are happy to enable our guests to experience the peace and quiet of this place and to have a wonderfull holiday.
