I purchased this magnificent brownstone in 1969 and have replaced the mechanical systems, windows, kitchens, and bathrooms. I recently had the facade restored which is so successful you can't tell that that is true. I added a solar domestic hot water pre-heating system with 12 collectors on the roof and water tanks in the boiler room in 1977. Still working!
It was a 16 unit rooming house when I bought it for
$ 85,000. Now it has eight apartments.
