.My wife and I rented at O.C for 50 years.We bought this unit 9 years ago and have invested heavily redoing the entire condo to make it "platinum' quality, meeting all high standards.We have an excellent Cleaning crew and only accept the very best work.We have resources available to act fast to make any inconvenience, corrected as soon as possible.Other SeaWatch condo owners do not offer a FREE open LOCKER with beach chairs or offer FREE BEACH UMBRELLA set up for you,or a BEACH CART for your gear,etc.etc. In return we ask you and your family RESPECT our property and leave it 7 days later in GREAT condition.Call me @ 484-881-2805,doug and verna,owners
