My husband and I both graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, CA. I taught high school English for 34 years, and my husband taught school for awhile and then went on to work for a local utility. We raised our two daughters here, and we are now the proud grandparents of seven grandchildren! We are now retired and enjoy sharing our condo with guests who enjoy the beach as much as we do.

Our condo is fully furnished and has one reserved parking space. We think the location is perfect because it is equal distance to Crystal Pier or Belmont Park, one block from the beautiful Bay and surrounded by good restaurants, fun shopping, rental shops, transit stops, a surf school and delightful full-time residents.

We have guests who have been visiting our condo since we purchased it in 1998. We take great pride in knowing that they trust us, enjoy our condo and return year-after-year.
