Rick and Gay Mullins

Welcome to our Homosassa River Vacation Home site.

We are Rick and Gay Mullins from Beavercreek, Ohio. We visited relatives in Homosassa and fell in love with the Nature Coast and the Manatees so we decided we would retire here.

We purchase our retirement home on the water in Riverhaven Village. We had it completely remodeled in 2008. Since we do plan to retire here we continually upgrade and maintain the home so that it will be as nice when we retire as it is now.
When we come to Homosassa we come to relax. Our favorite things to do are swimming in the pool, taking a boat to the Homosassa Springs to watch the Manatees, and going out to the gulf to go scalloping. Just sitting on our dock watching for Manatees is very relaxing and enjoyable.

Having our meals on the screened-in Lanai while watching the exotic birds fly over and land in our back yard is always a delight.
