I am a retired Dutch diplomat. My wife is French.

The hunting lodge helps us to bring the estate in the best possible condition and to keep it that way - we just survived a 3 year restoration of the chateau where we now live. During that period we stayed several times in the lodge ourselves, when dust and noise were too much.

In fact, in the in previous years carefully restored hunting lodge, with its modern and luxurious infrastructure, personal antique furniture and wall decoration, we would like you to feel as our personal guests.

The intendant of the estate and his wife, housekeeper of the lodge, are always there to help out if necessary. But most of the time I am around as well, if need be, despite some remaining obligations in the Netherlands.
