Hello, I’m Ann Dunham. Our Luxury Beach Home in Paradise is situated on Neptune Avenue on the bluffs of Encinitas - 80 feet above the Pacific Ocean. We built it as our dream home when we moved from Michigan in 1998 and raised our two daughters here until they went off to college.

When my husband Terry retired as a CEO, and our daughters out of the next, our dream home was much to big for just the two of us. We purchased - and now live at - The Inn At Moonlight Beach Bed & Breakfast just several blocks away. After 40 years in Michigan, we pinch ourselves each morning when we look at the ocean and breath the air - Encinitas is truly paradise.

Last Minute Discounts: Just like the airlines reduce the prices of their unbooked seats shortly before the flight, the Inn at Moonlight Beach elves reduce the prices of our unbooked vacation rentals a month ahead of time. The closer the day, the lower the rate (the airlines actually copied our idea - and we invented the internet, not Al Gore).
