I grew up here in the legendary fishing village of Gloucester. As a youth I did a lot of traveling-living and working in Europe, the Caribbean and all over the US. After twenty years of visiting and living in wonderful places, I settled down and bought a house in the city of my first love. In 2005, I converted 1/2 of my house into a vacation rental, "A SUNSET SERENADE" studio - and have enjoyed every moment of it. In fact, we loved it so much, we bought this cottage next door in Dec 2011 "SUMMERWIND COTTAGE". Quite simply, there’s no place on earth I’d rather be in summer than Gloucester. The colorful harbor, numerous white sandy beaches and magical light that surrounds this little “island” is a never-ending source of pleasure for all those live and visit here. Please come to Gloucester for a holiday you’re sure to treasure! Linda Amero, Gloucester, MA. Linda is a jazz vocalist and artist, Hank is a carpenter and avid boater.

The cottage itself is airy and beautifully furnished with an attractive color scheme, and some paintings. it is not cluttered with bricabrak and other cutsey things one might … See more
