The apartment is rented as a ONE BEDROOM (max. occupancy 2 people ) or TWO BEDROOM (max. occupancy 4 people ) UNIT with RATES DEPENDING ON OCCUPANCY.

Checking-in with more than 4 people will result in the immediate termination of the rental agreement and loss of all fees paid. If you reserve the apartment as a one bedroom option and check-in with more than 2 people you will be charged the 2 bedroom (4 people) occupancy rates.

You will be asked for your expected arrival time as part of the booking process. If you can call us when you arrive in Bariloche at the bus terminal, airport etc. then we will be there waiting outside the front of the building when you arrive. If not then just press the buzzer when you arrive as we will be waiting in the apartment.

You will be met at the apartment where you will sign the rental agreement, pay the outstanding balance & security deposit and receive the keys. You will also need to show your Passport or National Identity Document.

I offer check-in and check-out at any time of the day to suite your needs except where I have a previous/subsequent reservation. In this case check-in is after 2pm & check-out before 11am; this allows time for the apartment to be cleaned between reservations.

Yes. We can arrange to store your luggage for you free of charge.

Yes. Towels are bed linen are provided and changed weekly.

The apartment is equipped with a phone for use with free unlimited local calls. For national or international calls you can purchase a phone card for use on the land line. You will also be able to receive calls.

The main entrance door is locked and has an intercom system for communication with the apartment. The apartment has a Security Alarm.

Yes. The Apartment is located in downtown Bariloche just 4 blocks from the Centro Civico (Central Plaza). It is approximately 20 minutes from the airport by taxi and 5 minutes from the bus terminal.

It is expected that you take good care of the apartment during your stay. It should be left is a tidy state, but we don’t expect you to take the sheets off the bed etc.
