The property for rental is close to where I live. I handle all bookings, cleaning, and maintenance of property myself. I greet guests on arrival and give them a tour of the house and advise them of local amenities. I can be called on 24hours a day. My brother lives at the end of the road and my cousin Threase runs the local traditional Pub which is 2min walk from the house. The people in the neighbourhood are all very friendly and helpful and most of them are related to me anyway.
