I am 45 years old and live in Andover MA with my wife Jennifer and 2 boys (Griffin and Brady). I've been coming to the Outer Cape my entire life. My wife and I own one cottage and my mother owns an adjacent cottage. The properties have been in our family since the 50's. I live about 2-3 hours away by car and I also have family and friends on-cape who can help me to resolve any issues that may arise during your rental.
