I'm a retired academic, a writer and a musician, enjoying living by the Sound and also near Manhattan. I only rent my home July/August when I am in Michigan caring for grandkids. This is a beautiful, well-loved home filled with books, a Steinway piano, comfortable furnishings. Former renters have loved it and treated it with loving care as though it were their own home. No short term rentals.
