Oswego Inc. Vacation Rentals are privately owned vacation homes that we manage for owners, who live outside the Philippines. Our condos are located in the heart of its city’s commercial or shopping district with easy access to public transportations. Rates include utilities, like electricity within normal use (turning off appliances everytime you leave premises) and free unlimited internet connection inside each condo. All are fully furnished with well equipped kitchenettes and dinettes with iron, ironing board, hairdryer, extra beddings, extra towels, cookwares, dinnerwares, initial cleaning and toiletry supplies. Extra cot or futon mattress available for an additional fee. All these Vacation Rentals are air conditioned and have hot water showers. Our Greenhills condos have bathtubs. They all have hard wood floors except our Greenhills Condos, which are tiled and have carpeted bedroom areas. All our condos are non-smoking but our Makati condos have balconies.
