We have been visiting Puerto Morelos for about 15 years, when friends of ours bought a home there. We loved it so much that we decided to purchase our villa there in 2005. Living in Minnesota, we love to be there during our cold winter months, but we have also vacationed there at all times of the year and always enjoy the ocean breeze and the wonderful view you can get there. We have recently retired, Jan from teaching and Jeff from vocational rehabilitation counseling. We love our second home and take pride in keeping it nicely decorated and in good repair. We have also enjoyed getting to know our renters and hearing their reports of wonderful vacations spent here. We have a number of renters who have come back more than once. Most specifically mention enjoying the fabulous view, the quiet strip of beach and the wonderful pool.
