I was born in Norway in 1941. My husband, an attorney, and I were married in 1963 while I was working for Pan Am. We both love Mexico and after visiting San Miguel several times as renters decided to buy a casa for ourselves. After a diligent search we found what is now named, after me, Casa de Mira. We have decorated the casa in the Mexican style and furnished and equiped it so it would be a comfortable home for us when we are here, and for our guests when we are at our permanant home in Cold Spring Harbor, Long Island or at our summer cottage in Canada. We hope you will visit Casa de Mira and enjoy it as much as we do, when we are there.
