Filomena and I have owned this beautiful apartment since new, (Aug 2010)and visit from time to time. We intend to take-up permanent residence in a few years when the children have completed schooling in the UK. In the meantime we would love for you to use it as a safe, relaxing and homely base from which to explore all Manila has to offer. Enjoy! (oh, and by the way, the pool is awesome and also includes a great kiddies pool)
