My wife Judy and I are retired. We live in Costa Rica -5- months a year and in California -5- months and we try to travel -2- months. We have been traveling to Costa Rica for over 18 years and in 2005 contracted to have this house built in what we felt was the very best part of the country. The home was completed in 2006 and we began renting it part time in 2009.
