Born in Denver, Colorado, and raised in Seattle, Washington, I am an internationally-trained personal chef who has lived abroad for over half my life. I always dreamed of settling in France and running a B&B and table d'hôte and it was love at first sight when I came across this eclectic house in the sleepy little village of Azille, perched on a hill among the vines, right in the heart of the Aude, Minervois.
