Went to cocoa beach for the first time in 2002 with my family of 5 children, all ranges of ages. Finally bought in 2004, with Newport Financial Group LLC. Decided it was a very central location for all attractions, something for everyone. Love every minute of staying there with the family and special get aways. A great investment.
