I have lived in the Pioneer Valley for the past 15 years. Before embarking on this semi-retired passage of my life, I owned and ran a school for cosmetology and esthetics and opened the first full service day spa, all in Northampton-based.

Since moving to this area, I’ve befriended Leslie and Ed Grinnell of Eddie’s Wheels where I volunteer. They custom design wheelchairs for disabled pets. I have had the privilege and opportunity to meet many wonderful dogs and cats who seek wheelchair assistance to regain mobility.

In addition, I am a major animal person and there are not very many lodgings in the area that permit pets. And it's always a delight to meet new and interesting people.

After living in NYC and working in the airline industry and then being married for 15 years, this new chapter in my life provides me much pleasure as I strive to grow Cavalier Cottage!
