I live and work in the U.S. in the healthcare compliance field. I am an American citizen, married to a Spanish citizen. We are owners of this apartment, which is cared for by my wife's father who resides in Peñiscola during Spring/Summer/Fall. We utilize a property manager Rafael (and his wife Arantxa) who will take good care of you upon your arrival. Rafael speaks fluent French, Spanish, English, Dutch, German, and Italian. Arantxa speaks Spanish, Valenciano & Catalan. I'm interested in any feedback from customers on how we can improve the quality of your experience in our apartment.
