Unit 5-203 at Siesta Dunes is owned by two couples, I didn't have a picture with all 4 of us so here's one of Chris and Kathy. We have been condo partners since 1984. People always ask how do you do it? Do you ever fight or argue? It's simple, I take care of all the rental stuff. Chris does the books, Kathy does the decorating and updates, and Paul buys the wine. Guess who has the easiest job.
We do our final booking through the property manager of Siesta Dunes, this way you are able to use a credit card, someone is always there to assist you, and at check in you get your parking pass, gate clicker, and keys from our office. It makes for a very safe transaction. If you decide to book I have the property manager of Siesta Dunes give you a call to make the arrangements. That way your not sending some guy you never met a check. Simple and easy.
