PapagayoLUXURY is a boutique rental management company offering luxurious rental properties within the Peninsula Papagayo resort. We handle our personal condo at Peninsula Papagayo as well as several other private villas and condos, so we can offer our guests the perfect blend of professional management with intimate knowledge of the home and resort details. We live in Costa Rica and can answer your questions about the area.

Your rental includes our access to superior concierge services by our amazing concierge and guest receptionist. A native North American who has lived in Costa Rica for over a dozen years, there is no worry about translation issues and you will receive full personalized services. Concierge services starts once you have made the reservation and can include pre-arrival stocking of food/beverages, transportation arrangements, car rentals, private chef services, tours, activities, and more.

Each of our rentals includes access to the private Prieta Beach Club and Fitness Center, as well as to the Four Seasons Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course and Tennis Court Complex, including new grass court. The Prieta Beach Club has restaurants, including Marea Restaurant with seafood and regional specialties, and Olas which has family-friendly food and multiple large screen TVs.
