I stayed in this hidden gem in the late 90ties as a friend of mine owned it, and fell in love with it. Bought it 2009 as he moved to Hungary (recently married). Very quite and secluded located, but still perfectly tied in with public transport (only 6 min. to St Stephen's Cathedral, 4 min. to St. Charles Church with most of the greatest museums in the surrounding.

Easy Access to the airport and highway (A2), the new Suedbahnhof (largest Railway station Europe) is 15 minutes walking distance. It is very central and has a vast amount of parks and recreation areas.

Daily, large Farmers' market with the freshest produce, very reasonable priced, Approx. 50% less than in surrounding supermarkets.

Greatly linked with all parts of Vienna by underground, bus and tram lines. I love the idea of hopping on the subway U1 and being in the center of Vienna in less than 5 minutes, but just as great to leave the touristy area behind.

The place is very central and has its charm of the imperial time with original floors and doors, 11ft Ceiling, the architecture is Art Deco; a must see to appreciate!
