Shaver Lake Real Estate, Inc. was founded in 1976 and was originally located in a small office in the central business district locals refer to as the "Village". In 1986 the company was relocated to its current location in the landmark building at the entrance to the Village. In 1988, Shaver Lake Real Estate affiliated with Coldwell Banker Corporation as an independent franchisee. In 1993, Dana Smith, our President and Broker, purchased the business and relocated his family to Shaver Lake from Hanford, CA. Dana owned and operated a Coldwell Banker real estate brokerage and property management company in the Lemoore/Hanford area since 1985.
