Myself and my wife use our condo personally we are very careful who we rent to only familys and professional people. We have remodeled the unit in 2008. we like to keep it nice for ourselfs and our renters. Most of our renters are repeat year after year. The 1 bedroom requires queen size sheets and bed closes. The futon sleeper is very comfortable and requires kingsize sheets. Bring your own towels. We have a fully equipted Kitchen with every appliance. 2 TV's with cable laundry room on first floor. WE HOPE YOU ENJOY YOUR STAY AS MUCH AS WE DO . HOPE TO SEE YOU AGAIN NEXT YEAR. Bob and Donna Rudolf
