Sometimes you find a project that changes your life completely. Restoring this palazzo did just that for me. After 3 years of restoration, the palazzo is filled with life and functioning as something more than just a B&B. Living in the small town of Bettona has also been a revelation for me. We've been welcomed into a community of warm and friendly people where there is always something to do. The dogs and I couldn't be happier sharing our piece of Italy with you.
People always ask "Why Bettona?" It was all about the palazzo, the adventure of saving a piece of history, and returning the house to its former grandeur. And living in the historic center of a small hill town has allowed us to put down some roots and get to know the people of Bettona.
