My husband and I live & work in Winter Springs, Florida, a suburb of Orlando, Florida. We are only 42 miles west of The Pelican Condominiums where our rental condo is located. We take a great deal of pride in our rental condominium and we are always responsive to any of our renter's needs or requests. We typically deal with our guests directly, but we also utilize an on site management service for such things as: keys and parking passes, cleanings, repairs and other such small needs. Our condo is fully furnished & personally decorated with all the comforts of home. All you need to bring with you is your bathing suit :-)
There are more than a dozen great restaurants nearby and several fun ocean-front bar & grilles within a 1 mile easy walk down the beach. There are 2 large super markets on the island of New Smyrna along with several specialty boutiques and convenient clothing stores...just in case you forgot to pack something you needed.
