We moved out to France in 2007 having toured France for 6 months in a Motor Home eventually finding this house, it is now all renovated well insulated barn / house conversion, before that we lived in Derbyshire for 20 years where I was a Residential Social Worker with Adults with learning disabilities, before that we had lived in the Scottish Highlands in Dornoch where I ran a Guest House worked for the Scottish Tourist Board and worked in a Scottish retirement home, so always busy working.
Lassay-Les-Chateax is one of 7 Petite Cities of Character in the Mayenne, we are also in the Normandy-Maine-National-Park, it is a really nice climate round here, lots to see and do even out of season.
