The Rental Connection

The Rental Connection (TRC) of Palm Springs and Desert Communities, features a large selection of Vacation Rentals and is one of the oldest and largest rental agencies in the greater Palm Springs area. TRC manages literally hundreds of exclusively listed vacation rentals and long term leased properties.

The Rental Connection began in 1984 at the corner of East and South Palm Canyon Drives in Palm Springs. Today, Modern Property Management, Inc., does business as The Rental Connection and Resort Realty. The Rental Connection is a ONE STOP SHOP for all your real estate needs! We have four divisions: Vacation Rentals, Long Term Leasing, Property Management and Real Estate Sales.

Our long time staff, well acquainted with the neighborhoods, developments and country clubs are a marvelous asset in assisting you in locating the perfect property for your needs.
