Renis & I are retired and living in Maitland FL. We both grew up in Delaware, in Wilmington and Dover. We've come to Rehob all our lives and in the late 90's bought 148 Henlopen. We live here for May and June and Sept, Oct and sometimes if it dosen't get too cold, Nov. Since most of our grandkids and Daughters (5, no sons) live in the mid-atlantic area that's when we get to see them.

This is not just a rental house. It's our part time home that we rent for a little extra income. We hope that you will treat it as your home too and enjoy it as much as we do.
