Hello everybody and thanks for viewing my listing,as a world traveller myself either for adventure or for business and with a good experience of living in hotels and rented accommodation in more than 20 Countries like Usa,Europe,India,Dubai,Thailand,North Africa etc. I know how important it is to get my accomodation needs met :location,cleanliness,facilities,price relevance ,no extra bills at the end of my stay,even a good mattress ,friendly owners ,are basic services I would look for and I am sure most travellers will agree on this .With this in mind , my family and myself are happy to offer you this apartment and hope that you will feel yourselves at home .We are constantly renovating the facilities to keep up the good standard that has made this property very popular ,reason why many visitors prefer us for their stay when visiting Quito .
