This cabin community is a landmark in Wellfleet. In 2001, it was transformed into a condominium community with some ownership seasonal usage and others renting.
I have rented this cabin from the 2001 turnover, and find families fully enjoy their stays. With the well-spaced cabins, my tenants have plenty of outside space for eating, kids playing, and general enjoyment of the pine-shaded grounds.
I'm always available and happy to discuss and questions which may occur to prospective tenants, thereby assisting in their comfort and greater vacation enjoyment. That's the goal, afterall!
