My husband Tim and I have owned this condo since 1996. We often use it ourselves, but have been renting it directly for over 5 years. We feel that we are in touch with what our guests needs are and by communicating with them directly, we can answer questions and provide a personal touch. In addition, by handling the rentals ourselves, we are able to keep the price lower.
