I'm 62 years old living in Chalong, Phuket,very close to Kata Beach and can assist with any problems. The villa is managed by a very capable live-in maid/cook who will pamper you and your guests. She and her assistant will do grocery shopping and cook for you. You pay for all food and drink at cost. All cleaning, repairs and laundry will be done for you. She will also organize tours, shows, taxis and in-house massages for you. The villa is fully furnished and has linen and towels provided. Just relax and enjoy!
