My husband and I live near the cottage that we rent out. Our summer rental rates are on a weekly basis and our off-season rates are on a monthly. On occasion we will rent the cottage out for a weekend during the off-season. We take pride in our property and are responsive to any of our renters needs. Since we are local, we deal with our guests directly – from key exchanges, to cleaning, to repairs, and anything in between. The cottage is fully furnished and have all the amenities of home. The cottage is in a quiet neighbourhood and families are welcome.
