Anna Bonde Mosesson
Anna Bonde describes herself as "The Gypsy Baroness" (see: http//:gypsybaroness.blogspot.com) and is just as high-spirited and adventurous as the 'title' suggests. She bought a house in Italy after having had her fortune told and has journeyed back and forth to Italy from various countries in Europe where she travels in her unique little CUBE with her faithful dog Bacchus.
Half Swedish and half Finnish, Anna is a largely self-taught chef and restaurateur with an interesting background.
In 1997 she opened her first restaurant, Scandelicious, in Suffolk. She then became one of the founding stallholders retailing fine food in Borough Market -- London's famous wholesale fruit, vegetable and fine food venue -- with her Swedish food stall also called Scandelicious.
Anna’s first London restaurant Glas was voted “favorite new restaurant in London” by the New York Times in 2005. She then opened a second restaurant in London in Upper Street and called it Upper Glas.
